What FirstTry is

FirstTry is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state DMV or government agency. Practice questions are written by us from each state's official driver handbook, and each answer links to the handbook section it comes from. The official handbook and your state's DMV are the final word. We do not guarantee that you will pass your test.

Mistakes

We work hard to keep every answer correct. If you think one is wrong, tap "Report a mistake" and we will check it against the handbook.

Pass Pack

The Pass Pack is a one-time payment of $9.99 for unlimited practice tests and the full question bank for one year on the device where you unlock it. It does not renew and there is no subscription. If it does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Use

Do not copy the question bank or the site. Do not misuse the service or try to break it.

Liability

FirstTry is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
