What we collect

FirstTry works without an account. Your answers, progress and language choice stay in your browser's local storage on your device.

We count anonymous events so we know what works: page views, tests started, passed or failed, the state you picked, questions reported as mistakes, and where you heard about us if you tell us. These counts carry no name, email, IP address or device ID.

Payments

If you buy the Pass Pack, Stripe processes the payment. We receive the checkout session to confirm the payment and unlock your device. We do not see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. Our host (Cloudflare) and payment processor (Stripe) process data only to run the service.

Children

FirstTry is a study tool for people getting a driver's permit, usually 15 and older. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

Clearing your browser's site data removes everything FirstTry stored on your device.
